Do I need to arrive early?

YES! PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TRIP TIME so we can get you kitted up and ready for your departure time.

Late arrivals can't be guaranteed a trip.
Where should I park?

Holmbush Car Park - long stay parking, 15 minute walk to us.

Monmouth Beach Car Park - 5 minute walk, fills quickly.

Park and Ride (DT7 3FG) - Charmouth Road.
Car parks fill quickly especially during peak season, so allow extra time
What happens if it rains?

We go to sea in most weather - including rain - so bring waterproofs!

It's wind, not rain, that stops play.

If we cancel due to conditions, we'll rebook or refund you.
Is there a minimum age?

Minimum age is 5 years, with an adult

Age limit may increase depending on sea conditions

Antone under 12 is classed as a child and must be accompanied by an adult
Will I fall out?
Safety is our top priority. No one’s fallen out and we plan to keep it that way.
Will I get sea sick?

It's very unlikely, RIBs move in a way that usually prevents seasickness and any stops are brief
Can I bring my pet onboard?
Sorry - no animals on board for their safety and yours.
Is the trip suitable for everyone?

Not suitable for pregnant individuals

Not suitable for anyone with current or past conditions affecting the neck, back, spine, hips or knees, or other medical conditions that could affect safe participation

Riding on a RIB involves exposure to force, shock, load and compression

What should I wear?

We're open to the elements, so dress for the weather.

Clothing must be worn under lifejackets

Footwear isn’t optional – just no heels or muddy shoes please!

It's always colder at sea, even in the summer
Will I get wet?
We don't aim to get you wet, but it's an open boat - you may feel some spray depending on condition.
Can I cancel my trip?
Our cancellation policy is:

Free cancellations & date changes up to 48 hours before your trip (subject to availability)

No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or once the trip has started

If we cancel due to weather or safety, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer a rebooking or refund.

Do you have storage?

We have small lockers under the seats for backpacks.

We can't guarantee they're fully waterproof, so avoid bringing valuables.
